POLICY
1. Deposit Requirements
A mandatory, non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be fully credited toward your final balance at checkout.
In the rare event that the studio needs to cancel your booking, the deposit will be refunded fully.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
All requests to cancel or reschedule an appointment must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointments. Changes made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Please contact us directly to reschedule. While we strive to accommodate changes, all rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval at the studio’s discretion.
3. Late Arrivals & No-Show
We cannot guarantee service for customers arriving more than 15 minutes late. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session, while full service fee will still apply.
Customers who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount. Clients marked as a no-show for their first visit will be required to prepay the full amount for any future bookings.
4. Data Privacy and Media Policy
Privacy Standards
We strictly protect all personal and mobile information in accordance with privacy regulations. Such data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. This excludes opt-in consent for messaging services, which remains confidential and is never disclosed externally.
Media and Recording
To maintain professional standards and respect client privacy, recording during sessions is limited to authorized personnel only. Any recordings may be shared upon request with managerial approval. Unauthorized recording is not permitted, except in cases of pre-approved promotional activities.
