1. Our Philosophy & Hair Care
– At our studio, we prioritize your wellness through deep scalp cleansing, and therapeutic scalp treatments. Every session will include a 10-15 minute simple blow dry with Dyson styling tools. While we want to ensure you leave comfortably, we do not offer professional haircuts or intricate styling.
– If you have thicker or longer hair, please add an extra 15-minute “Extended Dry” (free of charge) to your booking so we can ensure your hair is fully dry.
2. Booking & Appointments
– Booking: Single client and couples can easily book online via the link here.
– Arrival: To enjoy your full treatment time, please arrive on time. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment.
– New client: If this is your first time with us, please complete the digital intake form before you arrive.
3. Finding Us & Checking In
– Directions: Detailed instructions and photos of our location are available on our website, Google Maps, and on your intake form. We recommend reviewing these briefly before your visit to ensure a smooth arrival.
– After-Hours & Weekends: Please note that we do not have a receptionist on duty during weekends or after-hours. When you arrive, kindly take a seat in the lounge area; your technician will come to greet you at your scheduled time.
